Waffle Pick Up information!!

Thank you again for supporting Haven Sourdough and being apart of our second pickup!! We are so grateful you're part of this waffle movement!!!

Your order will be ready for pickup on this Thursday 10/22 at the location you selected at checkout. (It's in your order confirmation email if you need a reminder.)

Pickup locations & times:

The Little Social (Nocatee) — 8am – 11am

The Bunny Hive(Ortega) — 9am – 12pm 

Mechanism (E-Town) — 9:30am – 12:00pm (look for Breanna, she will be hanging out here!)

Mechanism(Baymeadows/Town Center) — 9am-11am

KMH (Neptune Beach) — 10am – 2pm

Drench'd Pilates (Jax Beach) — 10:30am - 11am (look for a black toyota in the parking lot. she will be there right at 10:30 and will be leaving right at 11)

Thrive Health Center (Mandarin) 10am–12pm

RiverTown (St. Johns) 8am - 12pm (residential address, will be at the front door)

Thrive Health Center (Fleming Island) — 8am - 11am

 

Here's how pickup day will work:

Arrive at your location during the window above and if you can, support the business while you're there! Head to our coolers (look for the Haven stickers on the butter yellow or blue coolers) and find the waffles with your name on it. Grab your goodies, and if anything comes up, text or call Breanna directly.

Can't make it on 10/22, or something comes up last minute?

Please let us know as soon as possible. If we don't hear from you by TONIGHT 10/19 at 11pm, your order will still go to the pickup location and if it isn't picked up, it will unfortunately be forfeited.

If a true emergency comes up day-of, contact me right away and we'll figure out a plan together.

I'm partnering with these small businesses for pickup, so I won't be on-site myself, which is exactly why it matters so much that you're able to grab your order once it's placed. It also helps us prove there's real demand for Haven, so one day we can be on a shelf in a neighborhood grocery store near you, available anytime.

Because these are fresh, perishable waffles, they can't safely sit in a cooler for more than a few hours. So any order not picked up on its scheduled day will be forfeited.
