Welcome to Haven. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, signing up for communications, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Haven

Haven offers food products, including frozen sourdough protein waffles and related products, for purchase online and through select retail, pickup, pop-up, or partner locations.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or making a purchase, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Product Information

We do our best to accurately display and describe our products, including ingredients, nutrition information, packaging, pricing, availability, and product images.

However, packaging, appearance, ingredients, product specifications, availability, and other details may change from time to time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

Please review the product packaging and ingredient information before consuming a Haven product.

4. Food Allergies & Dietary Information

Haven products may contain or come into contact with common allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before purchasing or consuming our products.

If you or someone consuming our products has a severe food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us with questions before purchasing.

Information provided through our website, social media, packaging, or other materials is for general informational purposes and is not intended to constitute medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, shipping limitations, or other circumstances.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

6. Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, product availability, shipping costs, taxes, discounts, and offers may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors.

7. Payments

By providing payment information and submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Haven and its payment service providers to charge the applicable purchase price, taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Haven may receive information related to your transaction, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, billing information, payment method type, and limited payment details. Full payment card information may be collected and processed directly by our payment processor rather than stored by Haven.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping availability, costs, delivery estimates, and applicable restrictions will be communicated during checkout or through our Shipping Policy.

Because Haven sells frozen and/or perishable food products, customers are responsible for promptly receiving, retrieving, and properly storing their orders following delivery.

Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside Haven's reasonable control.

9. Local Pickup

Certain orders may be available for pickup from Haven or participating Haven Pickup Partners.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup location and retrieving orders within the communicated pickup window.

Pickup availability, locations, and schedules may change.

Additional pickup instructions may be provided when your order is placed or becomes ready.

10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, Haven does not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise has a problem, please contact us at hello@havensourdough.com within 5 DAYS of receiving your order and include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the issue.

Eligibility for a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution will be determined in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product restrictions, or order minimums.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time as permitted by law.

12. Accounts

If our website allows customer accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

13. Email & SMS Communications

If you choose to subscribe to Haven marketing communications, we may send you information about products, launches, promotions, events, pickup opportunities, and other Haven news.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.

If Haven offers SMS/text marketing, additional consent disclosures and terms may apply. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing Haven products unless otherwise expressly disclosed and permitted by law.

14. Intellectual Property

The Haven name, logos, branding, product names, packaging designs, photographs, graphics, website content, copy, illustrations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Haven and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or use Haven's intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

15. User Content

If you tag Haven, submit a review, send us photographs or videos, participate in a campaign, or otherwise provide content to Haven, your content remains yours.

Any separate permission for Haven to repost, advertise with, or otherwise commercially use customer-created content may be governed by additional permissions or terms communicated to you.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or Services to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity; interfere with the operation or security of the website; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information; or infringe the rights of Haven or others.

17. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, ecommerce platforms, analytics providers, shipping providers, email and SMS platforms, social media platforms, and other service providers.

Those providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, our website and Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
